Who we are
EGE Systems ("we," "us," or "our") builds and installs business operating systems — CRM, automation, and reporting — for small and mid-sized businesses. This policy explains what we collect through egesystems.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit our demo request form, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- Any message or business details you choose to include
- Whether you consented to receive text messages, and when
Our contact form is provided by HubSpot, which acts as our customer relationship management platform and processes this information on our behalf. We also collect limited technical information such as IP address and browser type through standard web analytics.
How we use your information
- To respond to your demo request and answer your questions
- To scope, quote, and deliver the system you asked about
- To send follow-up communications you have agreed to receive
- To meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations
SMS / Text messaging
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from EGE Systems relating to your demo request, scheduling, and project follow-up.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at greg@egesystems.com. We honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable method and process them promptly.
We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive texts in order to request a demo, receive a quote, or buy anything from us. If you do not opt in, we will contact you by email instead.
How we share information
We share your information only as needed to provide the services you requested:
- Service providers — including HubSpot (CRM and forms) and our email and scheduling tools, which act on our instructions
- Legal authorities — where required by law, regulation, or subpoena
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal obligations. Records of SMS consent and opt-out requests are retained for the period required by applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date below reflects the most recent version.
