These Terms of Service govern your use of egesystems.com and the services provided by EGE Systems ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms.
Our services
EGE Systems designs and installs business operating systems — CRM setup, workflow automation, and reporting — configured for your business. Scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Text messaging terms
By opting in to SMS from EGE Systems, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the number you provided, relating to your demo request, scheduling, and project follow-up.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may request a demo, receive a quote, and engage our services without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Timelines and the 30-day guarantee
Build timelines quoted on this site, including "live in 7–10 days," assume timely access to your systems, accounts, and the information we request. Delays in providing access or content extend the timeline accordingly. Any guarantee we offer is described in your written proposal; where this site references a 30-day guarantee, the terms of that guarantee are as stated in your engagement agreement.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, and only submit a phone number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide.
- Maintain your own backups and credentials, and grant only the access required.
- Use this website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to it.
Third-party services
Our work integrates third-party platforms (for example CRM, email, automation, and scheduling tools). Those platforms are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and materials on this website are the property of EGE Systems and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced in an engagement is set out in your agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EGE Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date below reflects the most recent version.
